Problems solved by technology

The disadvantage is that a large amount of solvent needs to be used in the preparation process, and these solvents must be removed after the intercalation is completed. During the process of removing the solvent, the polymer may be deintercalated.

Embodiment 1

[0030] Preparation of kaolin-polyacrylonitrile mixed spinning solution:

[0031] The fiber spinning dope is prepared according to the following steps: 2g of kaolin is dissolved in 100mL of dimethylacetamide (DMAc) in a water bath at 60°C; then 9g of polyacrylonitrile PAN fine powder is added therein, stirred at 250rpm Swell in a water bath at 60°C for 24 hours; cool to room temperature.

Embodiment 2

[0033] Preparation of kaolin / polyacrylonitrile composite hybrid nanofiber mat:

[0034] Pour the spinning solution prepared in Example 1 into the solution reservoir (5mL syringe), use the flattened No. 6 injection needle as the capillary for spraying thin streams, connect the positive pole of the high-voltage power supply, and use the aluminum foil with the glass slide The fiber receiving plate is connected to the negative electrode. After 10 minutes, ordinary aluminum foil is used as the fiber receiving plate. The amount of solution sprayed is controlled by a micro-injection pump. Other conditions are as follows: the flow rate is 1.0mL·h -1 , the distance between the receiving plate and the spinneret is 15cm, the voltage is 15kV, the ambient temperature is 16°C, and the ambient humidity is 60%. figure 1 In order to improve the high-voltage electrospinning process diagram, 1 is a high-voltage generator, 2 is a syringe pump, 3 is a flat collector, 4 is a magnetic stirrer, and 5...

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of an organic / inorganic nano-assorted fiber. The preparation method comprises the procedures that (1) inorganic substance suspends in dimethyl acetamide or formic acid spinning solvent in the water bath with the temperature of 20 to 60 DEG C; macromoleclar polymer is added and stirred at the rotating speed of 200 to 450rpm and swells for 24 hours in the water bath with the temperature 20 to 60 DEG C; and the macromoleclar polymer is cooled to room temperature to acquire dope with even dispersion: and (2) the dope is poured into a liquid reservoir; a bullet-shaped syringe needle is adopted as a capillary for spraying a streamlet; after HYEF spinning, the dope is dried under vacuum and normal temperature; and optional post-treatment is carried out, the functional composite nano fiber is made. The preparation method is simple with mild preparation condition and simplifies compound process. The composite nano fiber has high superficial area and is widely dispersed, so the composite nano fiber is applicable for preparing a drug delivery system, anti-bacterial textile, material separation, the water pollution treatment of metal ions and organic compound, etc.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of preparation of nanofibers, in particular to a preparation method of organic / inorganic nanometer hybrid fibers. Background technique [0002] Nanocomposite material is a new type of material developed in recent years, and is known as one of the "most promising materials in the 21st century". The concept of nanocomposites was first proposed in 1984, and it refers to composite materials with at least one dimension of the dispersed phase less than 100nm. Since the size of the nanocomposite material is between the size of the molecule and the bulk phase, it belongs to the mesoscopic system, so it exhibits special properties different from those of the molecule and the bulk phase, and has obvious surface effects, quantum size effects, small size effects and macroscopic quantum effects. Tunnel effect, showing many excellent physical and chemical properties. [0003] In nanocomposites, if one of the phases is an organic ...
