In the preparation method, the mother liquor of calcium ammonium nitrate and the auxiliary agent are prepared at first; then the mother liquor of calcium ammonium nitrate is heated in a reactor; the auxiliary agent is put in the reactor and mixed with the mother liquor; the mixture is discharged into a material trough for natural cooling; and the water-soluble boron fertilizer can be prepared after the mixture is cooled, granulated by a pelletizer, dried, screened and packaged.
