Problems solved by technology

[0013] Some solid fermentation methods are used in the method of detoxification and preservation of toxic traditional Chinese medicines. Nutrient-rich and complex agricultural by-products are often added to the fermentation substrate, so that the chemical composition of the medicinal bacteria produced becomes more complex. Further search for them The transformation rules of toxic components and the screening of new active drugs have caused great difficulties

Embodiment 1

[0041] Example 1. A solid fermentation method using Schizophyllum to achieve detoxification and preservation effect on Nuxyche, the steps are as follows:

[0042] (1) Treatment of the fermentation substrate (Nyxony): take the Nuxynum, dry it at 70°C for 8 hours, crush it into coarse grains (through a 5-mesh sieve), put 160g per bottle into a 500ml fermentation bottle, add 320g of water to moisten 45min, cap the cork, sterilize at 15 pounds (121°C) for 90min;

[0043] (2) Fermentation strain preparation: inoculate Schizophyllum schizophyllum on PDA medium, and perform activation culture at 28° C. overnight. Make the culture medium of bacteria, the ingredients are: glucose 120g, KH 2 PO 4 9g, yeast powder 30g, MgSO 4 4.5g, CaCO 3 15g, vitamin B 1 0.6g, water 6000ml. After the components are fully dissolved, put them into 500ml Erlenmeyer flasks respectively, each bottle is filled with 250ml culture solution, and sterilize at 15 pounds (121°C) for 25min. Take the activ...

Embodiment 3

[0053] Example 3. A solid fermentation method for realizing detoxification and preservation effect on Nuxychia versicolor with monochromatic versicolor bacterium, the steps are as follows:

[0054] (1) Treatment of the fermentation substrate (Nyxony): take the Nuxynum, dry it at 70°C for 8 hours, crush it into coarse grains (through a 5-mesh sieve), put 160g per bottle into a 500ml fermentation bottle, add 320g of water to moisten 45min, cap the cork, sterilize at 15 pounds (121°C) for 90min;

[0055] (2) Fermentation strain preparation: Inoculate the monochromatic Versicolor versicolor on the PDA medium, and carry out activation culture at 28° C. overnight. Make the culture medium of bacteria, the ingredients are: glucose 120g, KH 2 PO 4 9g, yeast powder 30g, MgSO 4 4.5g, CaCO 3 15g, vitamin B 1 0.6g, water 6000ml. Abstract

A method for reducing the toxicity of strychnos nux-vomica seeds by solid fermentation with medicinal fungi comprises the following steps of: activating and culturing schizophyllum commune, shiraia bambusicola, coriolus unicolor, cantharellus cibarius, beauveria bassiana and cordyceps cicadae for fermentation; oven-drying strychnos nux-vomica seeds, pulverizing, soaking in water, and autoclaving; respectively inoculating the above fungi on the treated strychnos nux-vomica seeds, performing solid fermentation under certain conditions, collecting respective fermentation product, and drying at low temperature to obtain medicinal fungal substances. The inventive method is simple and reasonable, and can obtain six medicinal fungal substances with reduced toxicity of strychnos nux-vomica seeds suitable for treatment purpose. The medicinal fungal substances have toxicity remarkably lower than that of strychnos nux-vomica seeds, have definite analgesic and antiphlogistic effects, and can keep the original main drug effect of Strychnos nux-vomica seed.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for realizing the detoxification and preservation effect of toxic traditional Chinese medicine by using biotechnology, in particular to a solid fermentation method for realizing the detoxification and preservation effect of Strychnis chinensis by using medicinal fungi. 2. Background technology [0002] (current technology) [0003] 1. Main related content of existing technology: [0004] Strychnosnux-vomica L., a traditional Chinese medicine, is the dry mature seed of Strychnosnux-vomica L. Nuxynum is cold in nature and bitter in taste. Return liver, spleen channel. It is said in "Medical Compassion of Chinese and Western Records" that it "opens the meridians and penetrates the joints far better than other medicines". , Polio sequelae, lymph node tuberculosis, bruises and fractures. Strychnine is highly toxic, and the toxic components are strychnine (strynine, strychnine) and strychnine (brucine, brucine), both...
