Abstract

The specific procedure comprises: (1) putting polypropylene in a beaker containing alcohol with volume ratio of the polypropylene and the alcohol of 2-4:10, stirring till the resin being completely melted, and then pouring the solution into a high-voltage sprayer to be spared, (2) screening the urea, (3) screening bamboo charcoal powder, (4) putting the urea in a home-made capsule machine, using electric hair blower to preheat for 4-6 minutes, then using the high-voltage sprayer to spray binder liquor of right amount on the surface of the urea, charging hot air in to air-dry for 3-5 minutes, then adding uniformly the bamboo charcoal powder of which particle diameter is less than 0.075mm into the capsule machine, rotating about 10 minutes at the speed of 200-250 revolutions / minute and spraying the binder liquor again, operating the step for three times, thereby forming the bamboo charcoal coated urea.
