Abstract

The invention discloses the sending system, the method, and the receiving system in video broadcast system. The sending system includes following layers and procedures: application layer provides stream data of program (SDP); wireless resources control layer provides the control information (IC) of SDP, and IC of common channel transmission for concourse layer and MAC layer as well as controls stream data transmission of program in the concourse layer and the MAC layer; based on received IC, the concourse layer partitions SDP; based on received IC, the MAC layer forms MAC frame from partitioned SDP and IC of common channel transmission; through physical layer, the MAC frame is transferred to the receiving system. Also including application layer, concourse layer, wireless resources control layer, MAC layer, and physical layer. The receiving system executes reversible operation of each layer in the sending system to implement receiving SDP. Features are: clear hierarchy, simple and clear procedure for transmitting SDP.
