In the anaerobic decarbonization zone, an anaerobic bioreactor is utilized to perform anaerobic biotreatment on the organic pollutants in raw water to remove the majority of organic matters. In the aerobic nitrosation / anaerobic ammoxidation denitrification zone, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen are removed in the form of nitrogen gas.
