Embodiment Construction

[0017] Using the papaya residue of 100 kg of fresh papaya (discarded seeds and flesh) as raw material, the extraction, separation and purification of oleanolic acid in papaya were carried out.

[0018] The specific process is as follows:

[0019] 1. Take papaya dregs with a particle size of 40 meshes after squeezing the juice, put them into water for 2 times of soaking in the ratio of 1:4 by mass percentage, each time for 3 hours; then soak for the third time in water according to the ratio of 1:3 by mass percentage , respectively adding the compound enzyme of pectinase, cellulase and hemicellulase (the ratio is 1:2:3, the addition is 1000u / 100 grams of papaya residue), and the temperature is 40 ℃ for enzymolysis for 3 hours , filter or squeeze after decomposing fiber and pectin, and filter cake or filter residue for later use;

[0020] 2. The filter cake was extracted with 95% ethanol at a ratio of 1:4 by mass percentage at a temperature of 40°C and a pressure of 0.065 atmos...

Abstract

This invention relates to a method extracting oleanolic acid from Chaenomeles seines. The method comprises: (1) soaking pressed Chaenomeles seines residue (40 mesh) in water at a weight ratio of 1:4 for twice (3 h for each time), and soaking in water at a weight ratio of 1:3 for a third time; (2) adding pectinase, cellulase and hemicellulase at a weight ratio of 1:2:3 (the total amount is 1000 u / 100 g Chaenomeles seines residue), enzymolyzing at 40 deg.C for 3 h to decompose cellulose and pectin, and filtering or pressing to obtain a filter cake; (3) adding 95% ethanol solution to the filter cake at a weight ratio of 1:4, extracting at 40 deg.C and 0.065 atm for 3 times (2 h for each time), and incorporating the extracts; (4) separating and purifying with a filtration membrane and then with an adsorption resin to obtain the final product. The method has such advantages as simple process, low cost, high yield and high product purity.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing oleanolic acid from wrinkled papaya, which belongs to the technical field of fruit processing. Background technique: [0002] Papaya is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine, and its original plant is Chaenomeles Lindl. (Chaenomeles Lindl.) plant wrinkled papaya [Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai], also known as sticky crabapple, sticky papaya, etc., which are cultivated in various parts of southern China. Its flowers are for viewing; the fruit is used as medicine, which can dispel wind and strengthen, relax tendons, relieve pain and reduce swelling. It is often used for soaking in medicinal wine; the seeds are rich in oleic acid and linoleic acid. [0003] "The Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China" (2001 edition) one is the dry nearly ripe fruit of Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai, which is recorded in the 45th page of the main body of the papaya of the Rosaceae plant. Also known a...
