With the procedure we reported here, most of sea cucumber and abalone'effective efficiency is remained, the purity of our product is up to 90%, and the procedure is easy to manipulate. We could extract 300g zinc-sulfur protein from 500g dried sea-cucumber or extract 300g active zinc-sulfur protein from 500g alive sea-cucumber.
