Embodiment Construction

[0013] Embodiments are provided in conjunction with the steps of the method:

[0014] 1. The mixed phytosterol raw material that adopts is: the mass purity of total sterol is 92.6%, is a kind of phytosterol from soybean oil deodorization distillate. Wherein brassicasterol 5.68%, stigmasterol 28.29%, campesterol 21.23%, β-sitosterol 41.75% (mass percentage).

[0015] 2. Take 1 g of the above-mentioned mixed phytosterols, place them in a 150 ml glass hydrogenation conical flask, add 50 ml of analytically pure n-butanol reagent, and fully dissolve the phytosterols in the solvent.

[0016] 3. Add 4% (mass percentage) of Raney-Ni (nickel) as a catalyst for the hydrogenation reaction, and install a hydrogenation device and a magnetic stirring device. The reaction conditions are normal temperature and pressure, the reaction time is 6 hours, and the reaction process uses magnetic stirring at a speed of 90 rpm. It is advisable that the catalyst can be stirred uniformly in the whole r...

Abstract

A catalytic hydrogenation preparation of high content beta - (citrostadienol ) sitosterol used in food, cosmetic and steroid drugs etc. is carried out by: mixing plant sterol materials, dissolving in organic solvent, catalytic hydrogenating with hydrogenated catalysts under normal temperature and pressure or at certain pressure, hydrogenising stigmasterol in mixed plant sterol to get beta -sitosterol, finally, obtaining liquid phase product with 60% - 75% content of beta -sitosterol and higher yields. The loss of sterol is bellow 10%. Its advantages include: operating simply and safely with simple equipment, low production cost, clean environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a phytosterol product, in particular to a method for preparing a high-content β-sitosterol product by catalytic hydrogenation. For food, medicine and chemical industry. Background of the invention: [0002] Phytosterols are a large class of tetracyclic triterpenoid natural products that widely exist in nature. Because of their ability to reduce cholesterol levels in human serum, phytosterols have become a research hotspot in today's blood lipid-lowering functional foods. There are many kinds of phytosterols in nature, but in the development of phytosterol products from common sources, four phytosterols are mainly involved, which are: brassicasterol, campesterol, stigmasterol and β-sitosterol. [0003] There are mainly two methods for research on high content of β-sitosterol. The first is the solvent recrystallization method (Xu Wenlin, Huang Yibo, Qian Junhong, etc. Crystallization method to separate an...
