[0047] Preparation of CoS / Ti 3 C 2 Composite material:

[0048] 200 mg of Ti prepared in advance 3 C 2 MXene was dissolved in 20 mL EG by ultrasonic for 2 h, and then 0.66 mmol CoCl was added. 2 ·6H 2 O was dispersed in 15 mL of EG, mixed with the previous solution, and stirred for 30 min to obtain solution A. 2.64mmol of thiourea was added to 10mL of EG and stirred for 30min to obtain solution B (CoCl 2 ·6H 2 The molar ratio of O to thiourea is 1:4). The solution A was slowly added to the solution B under stirring, and stirred for 30 min to make it evenly mixed. Subsequently, the homogeneous suspension was transferred to a 100 mL polytetrafluoroethylene-lined autoclave (Shanghai Yuezhong Co., Ltd.), reacted at 180 °C for 12 h, the reaction products were collected by centrifugation, washed three times with water and ethanol, respectively, and placed at 60 °C. ℃ and dried in a vacuum oven for 12h. The obtained product is CoS / Ti with a CoS mass fraction of 30% 3 C 2...

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method and application of a CoS modified Ti3C2MXene material. The CoS modified Ti3C2MXene material can serve as a peroxymonosulfate (PMS) activating agent to degrade organic pollutants represented by rhodamine B (RhB) under the wide pH condition. According to the material, CoS nanoparticles are fixed on a Ti3C2MXene film through a solvothermal method to form the composite material. In the obtained material, CoS nanoparticles are uniformly loaded on the surface of the Ti3C2MXene nanosheet. Wherein MXene is used as a substrate, so that the transmission and capture capabilities of substances can be effectively enhanced, dispersion of cobalt nanoparticles is facilitated, particle aggregation is minimized, and additional stability is provided for the cobalt nanoparticles. Compared with CoS and Ti < 3 > C < 2 > MXene monomer materials, the performance of the composite material loaded with the CoS nano particles is greatly improved. By applying the material to a photo-Fenton-like system, it is found that the material can efficiently and rapidly degrade a high-chroma pollutant rhodamine B (RhB), and the material has a good application prospect in the field of environmental governance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a photo-Fenton-like catalyst that can be used for efficiently degrading dye wastewater under wide pH conditions, and belongs to the field of nanomaterials and advanced oxidation technology. Background technique [0002] Synthetic organic dyes are widely used not only in the textile, printing, tanning and paint industries, but also in food technology and agricultural research. Most dyes are readily soluble in water in anionic form (Congo red, methyl orange and rose bengal) or cationic form (methylene blue, malachite green, rhodamine B and methyl violet). Due to their toxicity and non-biodegradability, dyes already pose serious threats and negative impacts to human health when entering domestic water systems. Dyes can be regarded as representative refractory organic pollutants. Dyes in wastewater must be removed or degraded to acceptable levels before being released into natural waters. [0003] To date, various wastewater tre...
