Abstract

The invention discloses a washing-free quick-drying hand disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of disinfection. The disinfectant is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 73 to 82 percent of ethanol, 0.1 to 0.16 percent of hydrogen peroxide, 0.5 to 2.0 percent of glycerol, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of synergistic skincare component and the balance of deionized water, wherein the synergistic skincare component is prepared by compounding honey, betaine and silicone oil according to the weight ratio of 1 to (2 to 6) to (1 to 5). The washing-free quick-drying hand disinfectant can kill intestinal pathogens, pyogenic cocci, pathogenic saccharomycetes, common bacteria for hospital infection and the like, and can inactivate viruses under the hand cleaning condition.
