The preparation process of the wear-resistant stainless steel welded pipe comprises the steps of preparation of the wear-resistant coating and spraying of the wear-resistant coating. The wear-resistant coating has the following advantages and effects that the polyformaldehyde resin and the epoxy resin have good bonding performance, and the brittleness of the epoxy resin is improved, so that the wear-resistant coating has good wear resistance; meanwhile, the inorganic filler and the pentaerythritol are mixed, and the polygalacturonic acid is further added, so that the polygalacturonic acid and the pentaerythritol react; the obtained product can enable the inorganic filler and the epoxy resin to have good interface bonding property, so that the wear-resistant effect of the wear-resistant coating is improved, and the wear resistance of the stainless steel welded pipe is improved.
