Problems solved by technology

[0002] The existing exhaust gas treatment system collects and treats the exhaust gas from the production workshop and discharges it directly into the atmosphere through the main fan after reaching the standard. However, the production workshop needs to continuously supply a large amount of fresh air through the fresh air system, which requires a lot of money in the process. Energy consumption (fresh air system supplementing air and main fan conveying exhaust gas will consume a lot of capacity), in addition, it will cost a lot of consumables, exhaust gas sewage charges and other expenses, resulting in a lot of waste of resources and increasing the operating burden of enterprises
Especially at present, many production workshops have realized automatic operation, and the environmental requirements for the production space do not need to be as high as those for manual work. Such operations are particularly wasteful of resources.

Abstract

The invention discloses an organic waste gas treatment system and treatment process. The system comprises a fresh air supplementing device, a pretreatment device, a zeolite rotary drum, a waste gas treatment device, a main fan and a recycling pipeline. The fresh air supplementing device is connected with a production workshop, and the pretreatment device is connected with a waste gas exhaust port of the production workshop. The zeolite rotary drum comprises a base, a gear transmission assembly fixed on the base, a rotary drum erected on the base and driven by the gear transmission assembly to rotate, a desorption system fixedly arranged on the side edge of the rotary drum, an outer frame arranged on the outer side of the rotary drum, and an adsorption inlet, an adsorption outlet, a desorption inlet and a desorption outlet which are formed in the outer frame. The adsorption inlet is connected with the pretreatment device, the adsorption outlet is connected with the main fan, and the desorption inlet and the desorption outlet are respectively connected with the waste gas treatment device. the wind output end of the main fan is connected with the exhaust chimney; and one end of the recycling pipeline is connected with the wind outlet end of the main fan, and the other end of the recycling pipeline is connected with the production workshop. The treatment system disclosed by the invention is low in operation cost, energy-saving, environment-friendly and high in recycling benefit.
