By means of the manufacturing method, the transverse mechanical property of the sulfur-containing ferritic stainless steel can be greatly improved, the transverse elongation is increased to 14% from 3%, and the transverse area reduction rate is increased to 17% from 2%. The prepared sulfur-containing ferritic stainless steel can be applied to high-pressure and high-humidity coal seam electro-hydraulic controllers in China, and the maximum use pressure can reach 41.5 MPa.
