The invention provides a fluorescent quantitative PCR detection primer pair, which is shown as SEQ ID NO.2 and SEQ ID NO.3, of the lncRNA ALDB-898, the objective existence of the lncRNA ALDB-898 is confirmed through PCR, and the lncRNA ALDB-898 is obviously reduced in the ileum of a piglet infected by C-type clostridium perfringens and in intestinal epithelial cells (IPEC-J2) treated by CPB2 toxins.
