Problems solved by technology

However, either it needs to be observed with the naked eye, or it needs to use very useful software, or it needs to be manually modified one by one, and the operation is cumbersome, and it still fails to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor calculation accuracy at the same time.

Abstract

The invention discloses an engineering pile length batch pre-judgment method based on a BIM technology. The method comprises the steps that a bearing stratum model is established through Revit software based on a geological exploration report; a pile foundation model meeting the design requirement is established, wherein the pile foundation model comprises parameters of the pile diameter, the pile length h1 and the parameter ID; under the same coordinate system, the bearing stratum model and the pile foundation model are integrated; collision detection is performed on the bearing stratum model and the pile foundation model in Navisworks, and thus calculating pile bottom elevations and actual pile lengths in batches by utilizing collision coordinates of a collision report and combining design requirements; and the calculated actual pile length parameters are returned to the pile foundation model in batches, the pile foundation model is automatically modified, and pile foundation construction is guided. By adopting the method, the pre-judgment efficiency and calculation precision of the pile length of the engineering pile can be greatly improved through common BIM software and office software, accurate construction deployment and material preparation are facilitated, the construction process is accelerated, and the cost is controlled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of construction engineering, in particular to a BIM technology-based batch prediction method for engineering pile lengths. Background technique [0002] Pile foundations are often used in construction projects. The length of an engineered pile is usually determined by the depth of its bearing layer. However, the bearing layer is deep underground and cannot be observed, which brings great difficulties to key links such as construction deployment and material preparation. The traditional method is to predict the pile length of engineering piles one by one by using the plan and section drawings in the geological survey report and the interpolation method. This method takes a long time and has poor calculation accuracy. [0003] With the development of BIM technology, a number of pile length prediction methods based on BIM technology have gradually emerged. However, either it needs to be observed with the naked eye, o...
