Abstract

The invention discloses a structural topology optimization design method based on a response surface method. The method comprises the following steps: selecting feature sizes which have relatively large influence on total weight as design variables; determining a test center point required for performing response surface test design by adopting the center combination design; generating a sample point data table for response surface optimization, and performing topological optimization; performing response surface fitting on test results obtained by each group of tests; setting a design variable value combination corresponding to a minimum value point in the fitting results as a new sample point, performing topological optimization on a structure corresponding to the new sample point, and substituting the test results into the test results of the original sample point data table to perform response surface fitting again; and obtaining the plane configuration of the optimal structure until the value of the design variable corresponding to the minimum value point in the response surface fitting result does not change any more or is stabilized in the determined small range, thereby realizing the multi-dimensional optimization design of the structure.
