Abstract

The invention discloses a novel application of a lipid derivative 15S-HEPE as a T cell mediated anti-tumor immune activator in treatment of melanoma. The invention finds that the 15S-HEPE effectively inhibits the growth of melanin tumors by improving the infiltration and activation level of T cells in the melanin tumors. The anti-tumor activity of the 15S-HEPE provided by the invention can be used for preparing anti-melanin tumor immunotherapy drugs.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine and immunotherapy, and specifically relates to a new application of a fatty acid derivative 15S-HEPE produced by polyunsaturated fatty acid EPA catalyzed by 15-lipoxygenase, that is, 15S-HEPE is used as T cell-mediated anti Tumor immune activator, used for immunotherapy of tumors. [0002] technical background [0003] Melanoma is the most malignant skin-related tumor, and the incidence of melanoma has been on the rise in the past few decades. Melanoma accounts for the majority of deaths from skin-related neoplasms. Based on the different characteristics of melanoma, such as the location of occurrence, genetic background and mutation type, etc., a variety of treatment methods for melanoma including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted therapy have been developed, and certain therapeutic effects have been achieved. Nevertheless, these treatments are less effective due to diverse resis...
