According to the invention, the supergravity washing tower is introduced into the benzene recovery system for coke oven gas, and the arrangement of other equipment in the system and the condition setting in the process method are combined, so that the benzene in the coke oven gas is efficiently recovered, the scale of the equipment selected by the system and the consumption of circulating washing oil are greatly reduced, the operation energy consumption of the system is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
