Problems solved by technology

Therefore, solving the problem of poor consistency between cells has a profound impact on stack performance
At present, for the electric stack with poor consistency of single cells, the method of dismantling is adopted to replace the problematic single cells
But the negative effect of doing so is time-consuming, and it will hurt other better-performing single cells in the stack

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0026] Such as figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, a test fixture includes an anode tail plate bottom plate 1, and the inner side of the anode tail plate bottom plate 1 is sequentially fixed with an insulating countersunk screw A6 to set an anode insulation plate 2, a copper electrode A3, a hot melt adhesive A11, and an anode mounting plate 12. An insulating sheath 4 is arranged outside the bottom plate 1 of the anode tailgate.

[0027] The cathode tail plate pressing plate 26, the inner side of the cathode tail plate pressing plate 26 is fixed with the insulating countersunk head screw C23 to set the heating plate 25, the high thermal conductivity insulating plate 24, the copper electrode C21, the hot melt adhesive C20, the cathode mounting plate 19, and the sealing ring C18. The high thermal conductivity insulating plate 24 is provided with a thermocouple 22; the outer ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for screening and matching single cells of fuel cells, which comprises the following steps of: bonding a membrane electrode and a group of bipolar plates into a whole by using a test fixture through a hot melt adhesive to form a single cell, and after the test fixture is connected with a hydrogen and air source on a test board, carrying out side leak detection of the single cell, wetting and running-in the membrane electrode, and then carrying out I-V curve test; wherein more than ten test fixtures are accommodated on the test bench and are simultaneously tested; setting the voltage range of a single battery according to the requirement of a required electric pile on the consistency of the battery; collecting and storing the data of the I-V curve test; for each single battery, selecting n groups of I-V data for analysis, and if n / 2n voltage values exceed the set voltage range, rejecting the single battery; and assembling the residual single batteries into an electric pile. The method provided by the invention ensures that the single batteries with consistent performance are independent before being loaded into the same electric pile.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for screening and matching fuel cell monolithic cells and a test fixture, belonging to the technical field of fuel cells. Background technique [0002] The key components of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack are bipolar plates and membrane electrodes, and a bipolar plate and a membrane electrode form a set of single cells. Multiple groups of single cells are stacked together to form a stack, and the cells are connected in series, so the voltage of the stack is the sum of the voltages of the cells, but the current of the stack is equal to the current passing through each group of cells. The method of evaluating the performance of a single cell in a stack is to analyze the relationship between the voltage and the current change under certain test conditions; especially under high current, when the reactant is delivered to the surface of the membrane electrode catalyst and the diffusion limit occurs, the change...
