Embodiment

[0023] In this example, an animal model of acute skin injury caused by UV radiation was first constructed. The research animals were C57BL / 6 mice, a total of 12, adult males (SCXK 2016-0002, March 29, 2018, Center of the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University Provided by the animal room), the age of the mice was 6-8 weeks, and the body weight was about 18±2g. Mice were housed in a constant temperature 22-25°C and humid environment with free access to food and water; mice received a 12-h light / dark cycle. The experimental procedures were carried out in accordance with laboratory requirements and were approved by the Bioethics Committee of Central South University.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, and discloses application of tRFs in preparation of a product for treating or detecting acute skin injury caused by UV radiation. The tRFs are tRF-Trp-TCA-001 and tRF-Gly-CCC-019. The invention further lays a foundation for the research on the mechanism of ultraviolet radiation induced skin damage, and provides new targets of tRF-Trp-TCA-001 and tRF-Gly-CCC-019 for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the aspect of skin damage; and the invention demonstrates that tRF-Trp-TCA-001 and tRF-Gly-CCC-019 play a key regulatory role in ultraviolet radiation induced skin damage, and therefore, target points tRF-Trp-TCA-001 and tRF-Gly-CCC-019 have important application values in detection and treatment of skin injuries and related diseases caused by ultraviolet radiation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomedicine, in particular to the application of tRFs in products for acute skin damage caused by UV radiation. Background technique [0002] Sunburn caused by ultraviolet radiation, chronic cumulative damage, such as photoaging and skin cancer, all pose potential hazards to human health. Ultraviolet radiation can cause adverse reactions such as skin erythema, edema, blisters, skin pigmentation, abnormal growth, photoaging, and even non-melanoma skin cancer. In the face of the above damage, the human body can protect the skin through various protective measures, such as apoptosis, inflammation, monitoring and fighting the proliferation of potential cancer cells. [0003] Transfer RNA (Transporter RNA, tRNA) is a connection molecule involved in mRNA coding and protein translation. Recent studies have shown that tRNA can also serve as the main source of small non-coding RNA (small non-coding RNA, sncRNA) with specia...
