Abstract

The invention discloses a transformer and a manufacturing method of a transformer. The transformer is placed in a groove made of a metal shell, and the metal shell is grounded; the transformer comprises a voltage transformation circuit and a rectification circuit; the input end of the voltage transformation circuit is connected with a power supply, the first output end of the voltage transformation circuit is connected with the input end of the rectification circuit, and the second output end of the voltage transformation circuit is electrically connected with the metal shell; the voltage transformation circuit is used for transmitting the output current of the power supply to the rectification circuit; the first output end of the rectification circuit is connected with a low-voltage battery, and the second output end of the rectification circuit is electrically connected with the metal shell; and the rectification circuit is used for rectifying and filtering the output current of thevoltage transformation circuit so as to transmit the output current to the low-voltage battery for charging through the first output end of the rectification circuit.
