The method comprises the steps of obtaining historical case data of the hand-foot-and-mouth disease; preprocessing the historical case data, and dividing the historical case data into time series data of two different time intervals; pre-aggregating the time series data of the two different time intervals according to time to obtain multivariate time series data, and converting the multivariate time series data into supervised data; training a hand-foot-and-mouth disease prediction model according to the supervised data; inputting the hand-foot-and-mouth disease case data collected in real time into the trained hand-foot-and-mouth disease prediction model to obtain the real-time predicted number of patients with the hand-foot-and-mouth disease.
