Problems solved by technology

Due to the particularity of goaf grouting, the requirements for the strength and fineness of the grouting materials are relatively low. If single-liquid cement frame grouting is used, the strength is often too high, which wastes materials and increases the project cost. The use of pure fly ash, clay or mixed liquid with too little cement content may cause insufficient early strength and segregation, making it difficult to ensure construction quality

Abstract

The invention discloses a proportioning method of a high-volume fly ash grouting raw material. The high-volume fly ash grouting raw material comprises cement, fly ash and water, and the proportioningmethod comprises the following steps: S1, preliminary test; S2, carrying out an optimized proportioning test; S3, drawing a curve graph, determining a solidification effect change rule of the slurry according to the slurry bleeding rate and the slurry density increase amplitude, and summarizing the change rule; and S4, selecting a corresponding proportion in combination with the grouting requirement according to the change rule determined in the step S3. According to the method, the change rules of the consolidation effect, the coagulation time and the compressive strength are obtained throughthe free drainage test of the slurries with different proportions of the high-volume fly ash cement material so that the corresponding proportions can be selected according to the strength requirement of the grouting reinforced top plate and the coagulation time requirement of the slurries, and the method has important significance for ensuring the engineering quality and reducing the engineeringcost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of coal mining grouting, in particular to a method for mixing high-volume fly ash grouting raw materials. Background technique [0002] Coal is an important basic energy and raw material in our country. Reasonable design and scientific coal mining are the inevitable trend to realize safe and efficient production in coal mines. The roof was reinforced by pre-grouting through layer drilling. The earliest materials used for grouting in engineering technology were lime and clay. Cement was used for grouting in 1856, and all of them were injected in a single-liquid method. Due to the large demand for grouting materials in old mined-out areas, it is required to be cheap and strong, and the injection process is simple and easy to operate. Generally, local materials should be used as much as possible, so cement, clay, fly ash, sand, etc. are mostly used. The material is filled and reinforced. [0003] Fly ash is an associat...
