Problems solved by technology

[0004] The above two kinds of cords have the following problems: 1. The thickness of the cords is single. When clinical use, doctors cannot choose cords of different thicknesses according to actual needs.
2. The thickness is thin, and it is easy to cause damage to the pulled tissue or organ during use; 3. When the thread belt is cut through the head end during operation, there will be a lot of fiber breakage, which is easy to break during the operation and shedding

Embodiment Construction

[0019] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention more clearly, but not to limit the protection scope of the present invention.

[0020] The invention discloses a production method of a thread tape for surgical operations. The full-drawn yarn is braided through a multi-layer flat structure, and the thread tapes of different widths and thicknesses are formed by changing the number of stitches and the thickness of the yarn. After post-processing, the ribbons of different colors are realized. In the present invention, the structure of the coil is as figure 2 shown. The preparation method of the thread tape of the present invention is specifically as follows: on a double-needle bed warp knitting machine, two bars are used to weave the yarn to form a two-layer warp flat structure tape, and the specifications of the yarn are r...

Abstract

The invention discloses a production method for a suture tape for surgical operation. The production method comprises the following steps: adopting two guide bars for knitting yarns into two layers oftapes of warp flat structures on a double-needle bar warp knitting machine, and utilizing two guide bars to connect left sides and right sides of the tapes, thereby forming a flat structure with twosealed ends. Specifications of the yarns are separately 40D, 80D, 120D or 200D, the double-needle bar warp knitting machine separately adopts a two-needle process, a three-needle process, a four-needle process, a five-needle process or a six-needle process, and the flat structure is shrunk under a high-temperature high-pressure water bath environment after knitting is accomplished. The suture tapefor surgical operation provided by the invention is prepared by the production method. According to the suture tape for surgical operation and the production method provided by the invention, suturetape thicknesses are various, so that the suture tape for surgical operation and the production method thereof selected according to a practical condition can be met; and the suture tape thicknesses are adjustable, so that damage on tissues or organs pulled by the suture tape are avoided. Fibers are not liable to scatter and drop, and incisions are orderly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a wire tape for surgical operations and a production method thereof, belonging to the technical field of medical instruments. Background technique [0002] When surgeons perform organ resection, vascular access reconstruction, and organ transplantation, they need disposable medical tape to assist the surgeon in separating, identifying and positioning arteries, veins, nerves, and ureters during surgery. In addition, in vascular surgery, thread tape is also required to prevent excessive blood loss and bleeding from interfering with the operation. Disposable medical thread tape is often used to block blood flow, facilitate freeing, and facilitate surgical operations. [0003] There are two main types of commercialized disposable medical tapes. One product is made of polyethylene terephthalate, with a thickness of 0.035 mm and a width of 2-5 mm. The weaving structure is a woven structure ribbon. Another product is a vascular ligat...
