The preparation process comprises the following steps: preparing a PSBMA solution; assembling the Fe3+ and tannic acid through coordination interaction in order to form a tannic acid / Fe 3+ compound layer on the polyacrylonitrile ultrafiltration membrane; and then assembling the PSBMAand tannic acid through electrostatic interaction to form the PSBMA zwitterionic polymer layer.
