Problems solved by technology

[0004] The above-mentioned technical solutions all use chlorophyll fluorescence technology to analyze the stress suffered by the plants, but they do not distinguish between similar diseases of the plants, nor do they discuss the differentiation of different diseases under the early stress of the plants (invisible to the human eye), and the early diseases of the leaves are extremely similar, early detection and classification of different diseases are difficult

Embodiment Construction

[0022] Below in conjunction with accompanying drawing and select cucumber as embodiment the present invention is described in further detail.

[0023] 1. Preparation of test materials. "83-16" fruit cucumber (Hongwei Seed Industry Co., Ltd., Shouguang City, Shandong Province) was selected as the experimental material. First soak the seeds in warm water for about 8 hours, and then transplant the seeds into a plastic bag wrapped with wet gauze at 28°C. After 2 days, about 70% of the seeds started to germinate (radial root length 0.3-0.4 mm). Subsequently, the germinated seeds were transplanted into a plastic seedling tray (30 cm x 40 cm) with 7*10 holes, and cultivated at 28° C. using sterilized soil. Finally, after the seedlings grew 3 true leaves, select the 15 cm diameter flowerpots where the plants with roughly the same growth were transplanted to. Three days later, 100 cucumbers with approximately the same growth were selected as experimental samples, 40 of which were in...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for judging different disease stresses of cucumbers based on a chlorophyll fluorescence imaging technology. The diagnosis method comprises the followingsteps of collecting cucumber canopy fluorescence images under different light intensities by changing voltage; extracting fluorescence parameter information of leaf areas; carrying out image segmentation and feature extraction on the leaf scab areas; analyzing the difference of fluorescence parameters under different disease stresses; and establishing a cucumber disease stress judgment model by adopting multiple classifiers. According to the cucumber disease stress diagnosis method, fluorescence parameters of a whole plant can be provided to locate a disease spot area, different diseases can be diagnosed according to the difference of the fluorescence parameters, and early diseases of the plant can be recognized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a plant disease diagnosis technology, in particular to a cucumber disease diagnosis method and device based on chlorophyll fluorescence imaging technology. Background technique [0002] In the past 20 years, cucumber brown spot disease and anthracnose (cucumber anthracnose) have occurred widely in countries all over the world, mainly harming cucumber leaves with complex types of spots, and have become one of the important diseases in cucumber production. However, the above two kinds of diseased cucumber plants are often difficult to distinguish directly during the planting process due to their similar disease spots. If the disease of the plant is distinguished incorrectly and the right medicine cannot be prescribed, it will affect normal agricultural production. At the same time, in the early stage of plant disease, it is often difficult for people to observe and predict the disease situation with the naked eye. Therefore, th...
