Abstract

The invention discloses an adsorbent for adsorbing heavy metal ions and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the adsorbent for adsorbing the heavy metal ions comprises the followingsteps: S1, weighing 54-58 parts of rice husks, 22-26 parts of bentonite, 14-18 parts of an oxidizing agent, 2-6 parts of a molecular sieve and 4-8 parts of deionized water for standby application; S2, putting the rice husks and the bentonite into a grinding machine to be subjected to grinding treatment till the rice husks and the bentonite are ground into powder; S3, putting the ground rice husksand bentonite into the molecular sieve for sieving treatment; S4, putting the sieved rice husks and bentonite powder into a mixing machine for mixing treatment; and S5, putting the mixed rice hulls and bentonite into deionized water to be cleaned, and performing drying treatment on the rice hulls and bentonite after cleaning is completed. The adsorbent is simple in preparation process, low in treatment cost and capable of effectively repairing heavy metal ion pollution in water or soil.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of adsorbent preparation, in particular to an adsorbent for adsorbing heavy metal ions and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Heavy metal pollution refers to environmental pollution caused by heavy metals or their compounds. It is mainly caused by human factors such as mining, exhaust gas discharge, sewage irrigation and the use of heavy metals and metal products. Heavy metal pollution is mainly manifested in water pollution, and partly in the atmosphere and solid waste. [0003] To remove heavy metal ions in industrial wastewater, methods such as chemical drug coagulation precipitation and activated carbon adsorption are generally used. Not only the treatment cost is high, but regeneration is also difficult. Contents of the invention [0004] Based on the technical problems of high processing cost and difficult regeneration by using methods such as coagulation precipitation of c...
