Abstract

The invention provides a control system of 3D (three-dimensional) printed clay. The control system comprises a computer which controls the state of an extrusion motor, a longitudinal shift motor, a shift-up motor, a transverse shift motor and a stirring motor through a motor controller, the computer is connected with a pumping oil cylinder through an electromagnetic valve, the computer uses the electromagnetic valve to drive the pumping oil cylinder to achieve supply of the clay, the motor controller drives the stirring motor to have the clay stirred evenly, the motor controller drives the longitudinal shift motor, the shift-up motor and the transverse shift motor to achieve three-dimensional movement of a printing system, the motor controller drives the extrusion motor to have the clay extruded, a temperature controller controls a baking tray to have the extruded clay formed in sintering, and the motors can be controlled to achieve 3D printing through the computer. The control systemis simple and reasonable in process and has the advantages of automated precision printing and high efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of 3D printing, in particular to a control system for 3D printing clay. Background technique [0002] Clay refers to clay that contains iron and has yellowish brown, off-white, reddish-purple hues, and has good plasticity. The mineral composition is mainly montmorillonite and kaolin. It is mainly used to make pottery utensils, handicrafts, and copy clay cultural relics. Its production process requires the use of drawing cars, roulettes, sculpture knives, etc., and the production personnel must have a hand feel and rich experience. After being made into shape, it is fired into shape in a gas kiln. The main problems are: complicated process and low efficiency. If modern advanced manufacturing methods, such as 3D printing, can be applied to the production of ceramic products, the above problems will be well solved. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art ...
