Abstract

A two-step ending method is adopted to close the edge of the integrated woven covered stent formed by weaving metal and polymer fiber materials in a mixed mode. By means of the edge closing process based on the two-step ending method, smooth edge closing can be conducted on the end of the integrated woven covered stent, and the supporting performance of the covered stent is improved to a certain extent. The process is simple, high in practicability and outstanding in creativity. The application of the process is beneficial to promotingthe industrialization of a binary hybrid integrated covered stent.
