The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing nano flaky zinc oxide microspheres, and then preparing a metal organic framework Zn-MOF-74 by taking the nano flaky zinc oxide microspheres as a sacrificial template, so asto obtain a composite material ZnO@Zn-MOF-74 of nano zinc oxide and the metal organic framework, namely the composite adsorbent.
