Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) soaking a biological valve material crosslinked by glutaraldehyde in an EDC / NHS solution, and then cleaning; and (2) soaking the cleaned biological valve material obtained in the step(1) in a recombinant human collagen solution, and then cleaning to obtain the biological valve material. The biological valve material provided by the invention can effectively solve the problems ofpoor anticoagulation performance, calcification resistance and biocompatibility of existing biological valve materials.
