Problems solved by technology

Although the total content of iron in the soil is very rich, the effective content of iron in the soil is very low, especially in neutral and calcareous soils, most of which exist in the form of trivalent cations, with extremely low solubility and difficult to be absorbed and utilized by plants
Iron deficiency will lead to reduced chlorophyll synthesis, photosynthetic rate, and biomass reduction in crops, which in turn will cause insufficient iron intake by animals and humans

Embodiment 1

[0029] Embodiment 1: Under normal circumstances, foliar spraying Streptomyces sp. OsiSh-2, promoting rice growth

[0030] Experimental site: soil culture in greenhouse

[0031] Experimental crop: Rice (Indica 93-11).

[0032] Experimental treatment group: preparation Streptomyces sp. OsiSh-2 spore suspension at a concentration of 1 × 10 8 CFUmL -1 , adding 0.2% Tween 20 for treatment; water containing 0.2% Tween 20 was used as a control. The specific method for preparing the spore suspension is as follows:

[0033] (1) Inoculate the strain on ISP-2 solid medium and culture it statically in a constant temperature incubator at 30 °C for 14 days.

[0034] (2) Use an inoculation loop to collect the mature bacteria in step 1), transfer them to a conical flask containing sterile distilled water and glass beads, shake vigorously and then filter to obtain a spore suspension.

[0035] (3) Count the spore suspension obtained in step (2) with a hemocytometer to adjust its concentr...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method capable of promoting growth of rice in a normal growth environment and capable of promoting the rice to absorb an iron element in an environment lacking of directly available iron. According to the method, a strain of Streptomycessp. OsiSh-2 is utilized, and a spore suspension thereof is employed; the rice under the normal condition can be treated with two different measures: (1) the spore suspension is sprayed on leaf surfaces of the rice, and (2) disinfected rice seeds are embedded with the spore suspension of Streptomycessp. OsiSh-2. The method disclosed bythe invention promotes the growth of the rice, and increases the chlorophyll content and the photosynthesis rate, and thus, rice biomass including plant height, root length, the fresh and dry weight of aboveground and underground parts and the like of the rice is significantly increased; and under the adverse situation of iron deficiency, the disinfected rice seeds are embedded with the spore suspension of Streptomycessp. OsiSh-2, so that the iron content in the rice is significantly increased, the normal growth of the rice under iron deficiency stress is guaranteed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biofertilizers, and specifically relates to using a rice endophytic actinomycete to promote the growth of rice under normal growth conditions and to promote the absorption of iron by rice in an environment lacking direct use of iron, so as to maintain the growth of rice method. Background technique [0002] Rice is an important food crop in my country and the world, and its yield and quality are closely related to human health. The means to promote rice growth currently mainly include spraying chemical or biological fertilizers. With the formulation of the zero-growth strategy of chemical fertilizers in my country, more and more attention has been paid to the research on environmentally friendly biological fertilizers. For example, the photosynthetic bacteria Rhodopseudomonas palustris PSB06 inoculum reported by Zeng Yibo et al. can promote the growth of rice seedlings; Trichoderma spp.'s biofertilizer ...
