A heat exchange fin is arranged on the outer side wall face of the pressure stabilizing channel. The heat exchange fin is located in the constant-temperature chamber. The pressure stabilizing channel is filled with multiple damping balls. A circulating working medium outlet of the cooling module is connected with a circulating working medium inlet of the compressing module through the pressure stabilizing channel. According to the supercritical carbon dioxide circulating system, the constant-temperature and constant-pressure module replaces a large-capacity buffering tank, temperature and pressure fluctuation of circulating working media in the ocean jolting environment is reduced, and the ability of the circulating working media to maintain constant-temperature and constant-pressure parameters at an inlet of the compressor is improved.
