Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid centrifugal nozzle with a hydrophobic coating. The liquid centrifugal nozzle comprises a whirl chamber. A tangential channel is formed in the head portion of the whirlchamber. An inlet of the tangential channel communicates with a flow supply system, and an outlet of the tangential channel corresponds to a whirl chamber inlet. The inner wall of the tangential channel and the inner wall of the whirl chamber are both coated with the hydrophobic coating. The invention further discloses a method for coating the hydrophobic coating on the inner wall surface of theliquid centrifugal nozzle. According to the liquid centrifugal nozzle with the hydrophobic coating and the method for coating the hydrophobic coating on the inner wall surface of the liquid centrifugal nozzle, the hydrophobic coating is formed on the inner wall of the nozzle based on a traditional centrifugal nozzle structure, atomization efficiency can be improved on the basis that the structureof the centrifugal nozzle is not changed, and the atomization effect of liquid is further improved; the mechanical structure of the nozzle is made more stable and the failure rate is decreased; and meanwhile, the processing difficulty of the nozzle is lowered, convenience and reliability are achieved and cost is low.
