The method comprises the following steps: acquiring DCI (Downlink Control Information) in a GC-PDCCH (Group Common Physical Downlink Control Channel-Physical Downlink Control Channel); and performing HARQ acknowledgement information feedback according to the DCI. After the terminal misses the feedback position specified by the network device, the feedback of the HARQ acknowledgement information can be triggered according to the DCI, and the normal operation of the HARQ acknowledgement information feedback process is ensured. Furthermore, the DCI is carried in the GC-PDCCH, HARQ acknowledgement information feedback of a plurality of terminals can be triggered at the same time,and the overhead of the DCI is saved.
