The method respectively adopts a slate rock stratum comprehensive geological prediction system, an ANSYS finite element blasting simulation analysis method, site construction III, IV and V slate rock surrounding rock blast hole optimization and an electronicdetonator millisecond blasting technology to solve the problems of insufficient contour smoothness, low blast hole retention rate, poor ultra-under-excavation control and large surrounding rock vibration influence of the slate tunnel after blasting. Good effects are obtained in the aspects of section forming and over-under-excavation control by adopting the method. The overbreak is controlled within 10%, the excavation efficiency is improved by about 15%, the explosive consumption is reduced by about 20%, the construction progress is accelerated by about 20%, and the blast hole residual rateis 70%-90%. The method is applicable to tunneling of slate rock surrounding rock tunnels of III, IV and V types of slate under the condition of karst geomorphology by adopting energy-collecting smoothblasting, and has a good reference effect on other loose flaky rocks or rocks with fully developed joints.
