Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: receiving a first request sent bya first terminal and used for requesting first data; sending a first response to the first terminal based on the first request, wherein the first response is used for indicating the first terminal toacquire the first data from the third-party device; if within the preset time after the first response is sent, receiving a second request which is sent by the first terminal and is used for requesting the first data; and if yes, sending a second response to the first terminal based on the second request, the second response being used for indicating the first terminal to acquire the first data from the server. The problem that data cannot be obtained after an old terminal sends a data request to a server is solved. The present application is used for data transmission.
