Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying specific markers and difference markers of genuine medicinal materials and judging genuine medicinal materials by using a mass spectrometry technology.The method comprises steps of (1) selecting genuine medicinal material and non-genuine medicinal material samples to prepare mass spectrometry to-be-detected solution; (2) collecting mass spectrum data of to-be-detected solution; (3) extracting the mass spectrum data in the step (2), generating peak intensity tables of components of the genuine and non-genuine medicinal material samples, and normalizing the obtained data; (4) screening the specific markers in the genuine medicinal materials on the basis of VIP-plot and T-inspection methods, performing MS-MS analysis, comparing the obtained MS-MS data with a database, and identifying the specific markers; and (5) repeating the steps (1) to (3) to obtain the mass spectrum data of unknown medicinal materials, and based on the specific markers in the step (4), establishing an artificial neural network or an ROC curve and other prediction models to judge whether the unknown medicinal materials are genuine medicinal materials or not.
