Embodiment 1

[0037] The preparation of iodine-starch airgel comprises the following steps:

[0038] (1) Mix potassium iodide and iodine element according to the mass ratio of 2:1, add appropriate amount of water to make the iodine concentration 15mg mL –1 , sonicate until all solids are completely dissolved;

Abstract

The invention discloses an iodine-starch aerogel and its preparation method and application in the antibacterial field. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking soluble starch andiodine as raw materials, mixing the soluble starch and iodine in a solution, and making the solution into aerogel to obtain the iodine-starch aerogel. Compared with the prior art, the invention innovatively uses soluble starch as an iodine carrier to prepare the iodine-starch aerogel. Compared with stability of the Lugol's iodine solution (a potassium iodide solution of iodine) and commercial povidone iodine, the stability of iodine loaded in the aerogel is significantly improved. In addition, the iodine-starch aerogel has excellent solubility and antibacterial properties, can be used as an antibacterial agent and iodine-containing food, and has a remarkable effect. Besides, the preparation method of the invention is simple, the raw materials are safe and easily available, and the cost islow.
