The design of the uniform temperature radiation screen in the heat treatment furnace improves the uniformity of the heat treatment temperature of the superconducting coil on the one hand, and ensures the cleanliness of the superconducting coil on the other hand. The pressure control method includes the following stages: gas replacement in the pressure-resistant furnace shell; gas replacement in the uniform temperature radiation screen; synchronous pressurization and gas micro-introduction and micro-exhaust stages.
