The invention discloses a control method of a non-road diesel particulate filter (DPF) system, which comprises the following steps: a DPF forced regeneration request; a DPF forced stop regeneration completion request; a DPF combustor warmup request; determination of the regeneration working time based on a pressure difference / flow resistance model; heater plug ignition and heating initialization;flame propagation and diffusion of a mixed gas; successful combustion of the mixed gas; DPF regeneration temperature closed-loop control; fuel injection quantity open-loop calculation; fuel injectionquantity closed-loop calculation; determination of the exhaust over-temperature of the DPF; and finishing of the DPF regeneration and purging by an air pump. The DPF combustor has a high regenerationspeed, does not need to perform bus signal transmission with a diesel engine, has a small influence on the running of a vehicle, is easy to operate, has no negative effect, and cannot influence the performance of the diesel engine.
