Abstract

The invention relates to a germination accelerating method for ashitaba. The germination accelerating method comprises the following steps: (1) warming ashitaba seeds in warm water with a temperatureof 50-55 DEG C for 2-5 minutes, and carrying out stirring in the warming process; (2) soaking warmed seeds in a humic acid seed soaking solution for 18-36 h, and draining water; (3) diluting a vegetable fermentation liquor by 30-100 times, soaking treated seeds in the diluted vegetable fermentation liquor for 10-15 h, carrying out washing with clear water, and carrying out air-drying so as to remove moisture; and (4) spreading a wet towel on a tray, placing a gauze on the wet towel, placing the seeds treated in the step (3) onto the gauze, and carrying out germination acceleration in an environment with a temperature of 20-25 DEG C and a humidity of 85-90%. The germination accelerating method provided by the invention greatly improves the germination rate of the ashitaba on the basis of shortening the germination time of the ashitaba, and improves the germination rate of the seeds to 73% or above.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of agricultural planting, and in particular relates to a method for accelerating germination of Ashitaba. Background technique [0002] The scientific name of ashitaba is Angelica Keiskei Koidzmi, which belongs to the native celery family. Its origin is Hachijo Island, the famous town of health and longevity in Japan. Ashitaba is a perennial herbaceous plant with a yellow-green stem. When the stem is cut off, yellow milk will flow out. Because of its strong vitality and fast growth, it has the tendency of "picking leaves today, and new shoots will grow tomorrow", so it is called "Ashitaba". According to international authoritative experts, Professor Takamie Baba of Osaka University of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Japan, and others have found that Ashitaba has anti-aging, anti-ulcer, anti-thrombosis, anti-cancer, lowering blood pressure, blood lipid, blood sugar, and cholesterol-lowering effects, and can improve the gastr...
