Abstract

The invention discloses application of a compound drug composition in preparing a drug for treating acute kidney injury. The compound drug composition takes sarpogrelate and a 5-hydroxytryptamine synthesis inhibitor as active ingredients, wherein the 5-hydroxytryptamine synthesis inhibitor is carbidopa or benserazide. By inhibiting synthesis of a 5-HT2 receptor and 5-HT of kidney cells, the sarpogrelate and the carbidopa or the benserazide can have obvious synergistic effect on treatment of the acute kidney injury and have the remarkable effect on treatment of the acute kidney injury.
