The 330kV dry-type capacitive current transformer comprises a U-shaped primary main insulator,secondary windings, a secondary wiring board, a shell, a base, a voltage equalizing device and primary wiring terminals; the U-shaped primary main insulator comprises a U-shaped conducting rod, a capacitive insulating layer, an outer sheath and an umbrella skirt; the capacitive insulating layer wraps the U-shaped conducting rod; an outer sheath and an umbrella skirt are sequentially arranged outside the capacitive insulating layer; the top ends of two arms of the U-shaped primary main insulator are each provided with a voltage equalizing device; the primary wiring terminals are mounted on thevoltage equalizing devices; an insulating material in the capacitive insulating layer is polytetrafluoroethylene; the secondary windings are sleeved at preset positions on two sides, close to the bottom end, of the U-shaped primary main insulator in a penetrating manner, and the secondary windings are positioned in the shell; and the secondary wiring board is used for leading outgoing lines of the secondary windings from the inside of the shell to the outside of the shell.
