The activator with the different components is injected in the segmented mode, thus all ingredients in the activator can reach the predetermined target position to form a complete activator system, the endogenous functional microorganisms of the oil reservoir are successfully activated, the efficiency that the microorganisms are gathered towards the blocking position is improved, thus the effect water blocking effect is exerted, and the crude oil recovery rate is increased.
