Abstract

The invention discloses a steam noise-free diffusion system of an RH refining furnace. The system comprises a steam drum and a booster vacuum device connected to the steam drum; the booster vacuum device comprises a steam booster pump and a condenser for spraying condensed water inside, wherein the steam booster pump is connected with an air outlet of the steam drum, and a steam inlet of the condenser is connected with an air outlet of the steam booster pump; and a diffusion pipe of the steam drum is connected to an inlet of the condenser. According to the application, the diffusion pipe of the steam drum is connected with the inlet of the condenser, thus directly leading the exhaust gas of the steam drum to the condenser which is arranged in a closed way, and the condenser can reduce, isolate and eliminate high decibel noise generated during diffusion, and realize safe and harmless diffusion.
