Abstract

The digital printing base paper is prepared from 80-100 parts of peeled high-mountain bamboo inner skin, 20-25 parts of polyester fibers and 28-32 parts of ardealite whiskers. A xylanase aqueous solution, a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and an MJB-NS type bamboo filament softener are used as auxiliary materials. The peeled high-mountain bamboo inner skin is subjected to primary water boiling, secondary enzymatic decomposition, composite softener modification purification bleaching and third light-carbonization composite activation treatment, and then the treated peeled high-mountain bamboo inner skin and other raw materials are subjected to hot melting forming under a protective atmosphere. The base paper is high in fiber arrangement consistency, good in stiffness, high in whiteness, resistant to water loss, moderate in electrical performance and smooth in surface.
