The treatment process of the rust-proof bolt has the following advantages that trisodium phosphate can form a phosphating film on the surface of thebolt, and sodium silicate can form an oxidation film on the surface of the bolt, so that an anti-oxidation function and a rust-proof function are achieved, and the rust-proof cycle is long. Urotropincan improve the corrosion resistance of the bolt and has a complexing function to improve the adhesive force of the oxidation film and the phosphating film on the surface of the bolt. 2-mercapto benzimidazole has a good anti-oxidation effect, can improve the anti-oxidation and rust-proof effects of the bolt and improve the storage performance of the rust-proof solution, and has good corrosion inhibition.
