The direct thrombin inhibitor short peptide DTIP with anticoagulant activity is adopted to carry out an in vitro cell test and an in vivo animal experiment, and a test result shows that the bivalent direct thrombin inhibitor DTIP can inhibit tumor invasion and metastasis in vitro; the in vivo experiment shows that the bivalent direct thrombin inhibitor DTIP has an impact on tumorigenesis and development; and further, the direct thrombin inhibitor DTIP can be used for preparing the anti-tumor invasion and metastasisdrug.
